ARB Imagery Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

​At ARB Imagery, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best experience for all clients, we have outlined our cancellation and rescheduling policies below.

 

Cancellation by the Client

You may cancel your photography session for any reason. If you cancel within 72 hours of booking, you are eligible for a full refund of your session fee.

After the 72-hour window has passed, cancellations are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your session.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If a reschedule request is made after this timeframe, your session fee will be forfeited.

Each booking allows one reschedule. Additional reschedules will require a new booking and session fee.

 

 

Cancellation by ARB Imagery

In the rare event that we must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, equipment

 

failure, or personal emergencies, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be given the option to:

  1. Reschedule your session at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  2. Receive a full refund of your session fee.

 

We prioritize clear communication and will do our best to accommodate any necessary changes.

 

 

Rescheduling Policy

We recognize that unexpected events can arise. If you need to reschedule your session:

  • Please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

  • Each booking is allowed one reschedule. If you need to reschedule more than once, a new session fee will be required.

 

 

No-shows

Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your session fee, and the session will be considered canceled.

 

 

Late Arrivals

  • We understand that delays happen, but arriving late may reduce your session time to avoid scheduling conflicts with other clients.

  • If you arrive 25 minutes late or more, the session will be considered a cancellation, and your session fee will be forfeited.

  • If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.

 

 

Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalized and artistic nature of photography, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed and images have been delivered.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your final images, please reach out to us, and we will work to find a suitable resolution.
