What is the session fee and what does it include?
The engagement session fee starts at $300 and covers your consultation, creative direction, the photo session itself, and your private viewing & ordering session. Images and products are purchased separately.
What types of sessions do you offer?
I currently photograph the following session types:

Do you offer payment plans?
Not at this time. Full payment is due prior to the session.
Do you travel for sessions?
Yes, I do! Travel within a 40-mile radius of Raleigh, NC is included.
For sessions over 45 miles outside of Wake County, a travel fee will apply. If the session location requires overnight travel (typically 4+ hours away), lodging fees will also be added.
What if I can’t make my scheduled session?
Session fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by the photographer. However, I understand life happens. We’ll do our best to reschedule if notice is given in advance.
How long is a typical engagement session?
Most engagement sessions last around 60 minutes, which is perfect for one or two looks and a seamless experience.
If you'd like more time for additional outfits, locations, or a more relaxed pace, we offer session upgrades below.

When is the best time of day for our shoot?
I recommend scheduling your session during Golden Hour—around two hours after sunrise or two hours before sunset. This time of day offers the most flattering, warm, and romantic light, perfect for outdoor engagement portraits.
That said, your schedule comes first. We can shoot at whatever time works best for you, and I’ll guide you on how to make the most of the light at any hour.
How do we choose a location?
The location should reflect you as a couple—whether that’s downtown, a nature trail, or a meaningful place you both love. I’ll help guide you based on your style and vision.
Can we pick a special or meaningful location?
Absolutely! If there are any entry fees or permits, you’ll be responsible for those. Otherwise, I’m happy to shoot wherever your story leads.
What’s the process after the shoot?
